Hello, Ina. We can remove unnecessary columns or adjust the widths. This will guarantee the estimate descriptions look professional and appealing.

The option to directly enlarge the Description column is unavailable. To adjust the widths, let's head to the Custom Form Styles page. Here is the step-by-step guide.

  1. Hover over the Gear icon, then click Custom Form Styles
  2. Locate your preferred template and press Edit
  3. Navigate to the Content tab. Tap the middle part of the form.
  4. Select Edit Labels and Widths.

Refer to the attached screenshot for visual reference.

I have also attached another sample, where I moved the QTY column in the last part.

Once done with this process, open your estimate and choose the template.

For future reference, you can convert your estimate to an invoice to save you time from entering the same info twice. QuickBooks will automatically fill in the information and link them both.

I hope these steps help you achieve a better layout for your estimates. Please let me know how everything turns out.
