Let's change the language of your QuickBooks Online, @nhktw.

 

When changing the language in QBO settings, the menus should update accordingly. If you find that the menus are still not in your desired language after attempting to make the change, it could be due to your browser's settings. Ensure that the auto-translate to English feature is disabled.

 

If you're still unable to change the language of your menus after disabling auto-translate, let's troubleshoot your browser. Sometimes, a browser can accumulate excessive cache that may affect the performance of QuickBooks Online. To start, try accessing QBO using incognito mode or a private window.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Shift + Command + N

 

After this, save the invoice at issue to PDF. If this works, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process will remove and fix specific issues and help the program run optimally. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
