Its now the 9th of March and Qbo hasn't functioned for me since late Oct. Engineers are apparently working tirelessly at this to fix a font issue.

Im starting to understand the bigger picture now. The problem is probably a corruption in my file, which is Qbo problem by the way. Im probably one of a few with this issue and its not your priority whatsoever to fix this issue. Qbo please don't lie with a silly response! 40 euro a month doesn't cover a cost of an engineer to fix this, so unless a larger group is been effected its not a concern for you. To my stupidly I placed my business with qbo, realising now I literally have no control to fix a problem.

Its literally fixing a silly font problem & nearly 5 months now waiting on an engineer is joke. I really dont know if I should laugh or cry at this point. You should of moved me onto a fresh account months ago if you dont have the skills or time to fix a font problem. Charing me monthly for what?? Truth is, you wont have customers left if this is how you proactively fix a critical issue in your system. Im so F***** angry about it.
