If you have reinstalled the updated version of QuickBooks Online Mobile App, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. We will investigate this further. Note: Please make sure to use a different phone in contacting our support.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account using the browser.
  2. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  4. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  5. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

Alternatively, you open the mobile's browser and log in to your QuickBooks account. Go to the Dashboard and check if the Profit and Loss figures are correct.
