We have removed the screenshot attached on your post for security reasons. As for your concern, you'll want to check your email within 24-hours.

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
