Thanks for updating us on this, Ellechim. It can be challenging when you can't find the specific report to run. I'm here to help you with that.

 

The Account List or Chart of Accounts report will only show the balances. We can run the Transaction Detail by Account instead. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to Business overview and select Reports.
  2. If you have the old interface, go to Reports.
  3. On the search bar, type in Transaction Detail by Account.
  4. Click Customise.
  5. Set the correct report period.
  6. Go to the Filter section.
  7. Choose the drop-down menu beside Account.
  8. Select the account that has your business transactions.
  9. Click Run report.
  10. You can export the report by clicking the Export icon.
  11. Repeat the steps to filter the personal transactions.
