Hey Giovann_G

Just wanted to update you that we already did the process by connecting and showing our screen to the QB support team named Donna Mae. It will be best if you guys can get in touch with Donna Mae as he/she is having all the information on the topic.

The same was review and we have been given the reference no 1572247147. The QB Team is supposed to work on the same and share and update via email to us.

We need to fix the problem quickly please
