I'll work with you to help you fix the sync issue between Chargebee and QuickBooks Online. 

 

What syncing issues did you encounter specific to QuickBooks? I'd appreciate if you could provide more information so I can lay down the appropriate steps. 

 

In the meantime, let's do the following steps to help you resolve the sync issues. 

 

If Chargebee needs your sales items and customer profiles, you'll want to check the list and see if there are any inactive items or profiles. They can sometimes cause sync issues with apps. 

 

To check for inactive items: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Products and services
  2. Open the Filter icon, then set the Status to Inactive.
  3. Click Apply.

Review your inactive items and click the Make active button to reactivate them. 

 

For customer profiles: 

 

  1. Go to Sales, then click the Customers tab.
  2. Click the small gear icon (right above the ACTION column).
  3. Check Include inactive

Look for the profiles with the (deleted) tag, then click the Make active to reactivate them. 

 

 

If there aren't any requirements when syncing Chargebee, you'll want to contact their support as mentioned by Fiat. Their agents will be able to check their systems and see what's causing the sync issue.
