You are absolutely correct no product is perfect, but some products actually have a sliver of development support.  This community has repeatedly reported bugs, problems and requested the simplest of features, not that there aren't advanced features that have no hope considering QB cannot pull off the easy ones.  It has been years now of this and then they claim that the desktop online app doesn't have adoption when they've driven people away by not supporting it at all.  QB has ground itself into the dirt and thank you for your offer but I'm able to handle myself as well a bunch of clients I do IT support for, this is how I know people are frustrated and it isn't just one internet connection to blame at year end, its widespread.  I will say this year wasn't as bad as the previous ones but it still has interruptions which you would never get on the non-cloud version of QB.  Intuit has never made this product ready for recommendation, its similar to how many video games are always in Beta or pre-release, this is Intuit as an operational strategy today.
