The QuickBooks trial version usually follows Pacific Standard Time(PST). As far as I know, if your trial version will end on November 13, 2019, you can still use it up until November 12, midnight. 

To confirm this further, please contact our Online Support. They have tools that can check the time zone for QuickBooks International version.
