T1 Barcode Error Message

I keep getting this error message when I try to print the T1 "The T1 barcode could not be printed. Unable to reach service. Gateway timeout. Try again and contact ProFile support if the issue persists"

 

I have a recent version of ProFile (2020.3.5.218). Not sure what I need to do about this? If I say "try again" it'll print without the barcode and then I have to re-print it again to get the barcode. Have had this error message about a dozen times already.
