Nice try but your engineers are already well aware of the glitching and crashing problem every two seconds.  I had already been on the phone with tech once to correct the glitching issue (a simple renaming of a folder in the C drive Profile folder) and was informed it is a known issue but since it only affects a few users the programmers haven't included a patch for this in the updates and this was in mid-March.  I guess our not being able to be productive and earn our income is no biggey to them.

But then I had even worse issues with Profile not saving my settings and other extremely annoying problems that resulted in my having to uninstall and reinstall the software which has now resulted now in about 5 hours of my time wasted setting up multiple tax years letters, print settings etc.  (Just uninstall and reinstall, they say like it's just so easy...right). Combined with this issue causing me to be down all Easter weekend so I couldn't catch up on the files I already had in, and then couldn't take in any more to earn more money, I've calculated that on top of the cost of the software, Profile has caused me to lose over $5,000 in income this year.  

Your engineers need to get off their butts, provide fixes for known issues and clear out the bloat from the program that is causing it to use up over 30% of my CPU (the worse issue).  There's absolutely no excuse for this.  If it's known to cause one customer an issue, FIX IT!!!

Complete and total garbage this year, smh!!
