Here is a link that documents Profile's stance on Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2, published on July 2, 2020:

In short, it states that since Microsoft has ended support for these operating systems, Profile support will also end.  "In addition, users are no longer allowed to install ProFile on any of the above operating systems or servers."

As such, you may need to install an older version of the Profile software if you wish to access your 2011 return on your Windows 7 server.

For your 2010 server, you may need to manually install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.5.2

in order to get Profile to properly install.
