Hi James

My goal is to get the QuickBooks' files off of Windows 10 Desktop and maybe put them on the C: Drive?  I need to point out that I have two QB Desktop Programs:  2016 and 2019.  I use QB 2016 for a very small business.  When Florida was quarantined in April, I began working at home.  I installed QB 2019 from the disk I had at my office onto my laptop and restored my company's file from a backup that was on a flash drive.  My Company's accountant told me NOT to upgrade my 2016 program to 2019.  He told me to install the 2019 program separately and restore my most recent backup, which I did.  Every day that I used QB 2019, the program files accumulated on my desktop.  I went back to the office and worked for two months.  When I restored my backup made at home to QB 2019 in my office, everything was normal - no files were accumulating on my desktop.  I am back working at home - restored QB again - and now have 14 files on my desktop, which I would like to show somewhere else, preferably not in my Documents.  The files are: 5 folders, QB Auto Data Recovery, Search Index, Restored, Temp BU and 5 folders are QBW.DSN. Then there are documents: 2 - ND, 1 - TLG, 1 - QBW DD.  And, I cannot find where in QB I can find where the files would show where they are located.  I tried clicking on Company and then pressing F2, but nothing happened.  Also, I only happened by chance to see your message to me today, as I continued researching my problem.  In Turbo Tax, I always receive an email notification.  Should I just login to Intuit every day to find your response?  Look forward to hearing from you and thank you.
