I know there are a number of reasons you might be looking for a refund for your QuickBooks Online subscription and I want to make sure you know how to get in touch with support to discuss this possibility. I'd be glad to go over this with you to get you on track.

 

QuickBooks support is ready to help via phone, chat, or social media, meaning there isn't an email support option at this time. I encourage you to use one of those options, which I'll outline in just a moment, to get in touch with support. When you do, you'll be able to securely share your account information and details with the support team so that the agent can determine if you're eligible for a refund.

 

Please note that @KimPreeper shared information about getting a refund for a retail purchase of QuickBooks Desktop. Since you're using QuickBooks Online, those steps won't apply to your situation, so you don't have to worry about filling out a form. It's instead a simple matter of getting in touch with support and working with an agent. Here are those support options I just mentioned.

 

Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
