It is November 15th and this is still an issue:

  1. Error: Unable to get transactions for 3 accounts
  2. Click on "Fix Now"
  3. RBC pushes a sign-in request to mobile app
  4. Click "allow" in App
  5. Error in App: "Time's Up. Your notificiation has expired"
  6. In QBO: Select "Send a text message"
  7. Select number you want code sent to
  8. Put code you receive into QBO field
  9. Message: "Connection complete and transactions updated!", click on "OK"
  10. Try clicking on "Update"
  11. Repeat Steps 3-5
  12. QBO shows same errors for 2/3 accounts: "Error 102 - Something kept us from connecting to your account. Check back in a few hours. (101)"
  13. Third account is a credit card and this one shows "Error 185 - More security info required by your bank."
  14. Click on "Fix now."
  15. Repeat Steps 3-5
  16. Error in QBO: "There’s likely a technical issue or high traffic volume at their website. If this error persists for more than a few hours, contact us. (102)"
  17. Clicking on "Try again" prompts for Username or Card Number and Password.
  18. If you back out at this point, the other accounts now say "Verify your info."
  19. If you attempt to access your RBC account now, you will find access is locked out
