It is November 15th and this is still an issue:
- Error: Unable to get transactions for 3 accounts
- Click on "Fix Now"
- RBC pushes a sign-in request to mobile app
- Click "allow" in App
- Error in App: "Time's Up. Your notificiation has expired"
- In QBO: Select "Send a text message"
- Select number you want code sent to
- Put code you receive into QBO field
- Message: "Connection complete and transactions updated!", click on "OK"
- Try clicking on "Update"
- Repeat Steps 3-5
- QBO shows same errors for 2/3 accounts: "Error 102 - Something kept us from connecting to your account. Check back in a few hours. (101)"
- Third account is a credit card and this one shows "Error 185 - More security info required by your bank."
- Click on "Fix now."
- Repeat Steps 3-5
- Error in QBO: "There’s likely a technical issue or high traffic volume at their website. If this error persists for more than a few hours, contact us. (102)"
- Clicking on "Try again" prompts for Username or Card Number and Password.
- If you back out at this point, the other accounts now say "Verify your info."
- If you attempt to access your RBC account now, you will find access is locked out
