You can troubleshoot your app to resolve the issue where the app's tracking bar is still visible on your screen even after your trip is completed, which is blocking the time display.
Here's how:
Tap on the Settings icon, and then choose General.
Press on iPhone Storage and select the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
Select the Offload App option to refresh the app's data.
You can also restart your device, as this can often resolve display issues.
If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. This will ensure that you have the most updated version.
