You can generate a custom Transaction List with Splits report to view all the invoice data, such as Customers, prices or Amounts, Accounts, and Services, THRobinson75.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Under Standard Reports, enter Transaction List with Splits in the search field.
3. Select Column, and make sure the boxes for Account, Product/Service, Rate, and Quantity are checked. In this section, you can also uncheck the unnecessary columns.
4. Click Filter, and select Transaction type, equals, and Invoice.
5. Once all the data is displayed, click the Export icon to save it.

Before importing invoice transactions, note that QuickBooks requires the following columns:

• Invoice number
• Customer
• Invoice date
• Due date
• Item amount
• Item tax code

You can run the Invoice List by Date report to import your Sales and Invoices, as it contains the required information.
