I am not sure why this problem seems to be so confusing to QBO.  I am also a victim of this annoying issue.  Not feasible for a person to be watching for the 2FA notifications from RBC for 24 hours a day, which by the way do not say where they are coming from so could be a legit hacker or QBO.  I will definitely be trying to find a solution that is better managed with less headaches.  The price has skyrocketed since we first signed up and the quality/effectiveness of the product has declined significantly.
