Hi folks, an update from me.  Once again my case has been closed without addressing or even acknowledgment of the issue, with no way to reopen or even get a non automated response on the matter.  I suggest this has for me moved from lack of understand to deliberate ignorance from the support team.  I am at a loss to comprehend how this most foundational functionality is ignored.
