Quickbooks desktop premier accountant edition 2024 - trying to update to the latest version, as requested by the software each time I open it.

It gets stuck at "100%" when trying to write system registry values. 

Re-attempted installation multiple times and can't see any obvious errors with my registry.

Please advise.
