I need help determining which QB permissions a new QB user requires in order to successfully import bill payment from QB into Telpay.

Our company has used Telpay for years to pay employees and vendors. Up until now every Telpay user we set up in our company did both payroll & bill payments, and had no issue importing from QB to Telpay.

Our company has grown and thus we had to seperate these roles. The existing person is doing payroll. The new person AP & thus given AP permissions but obviously no employee payroll permissions. This new user has not been able to successfully import bill payments from QB to Telpay. The user started with AP permissions and we have added persmissions related to Bank Feeds, Cheques, Pay Bills. Anything we felt looked related in any way to paying bills. We continue to be unsuccessful. We have contacted Telpay, who has verified the user is set up correctly to pay bills but not payroll in Telpay. Telpay allows these to be seperate. Telpay instructed us to contact QB for advice on what QB permissions we need to give this user.
