I was on the phone with the Quickbooks Online support team yesterday, and they were less than helpful. I was told over the phone that everything was working as expected and that any issues must be brought up with the developer of the "Etsy Connector" addon. The support team seemed unaware that a second Etsy app existed, and the functionality differed between the two.
