Quickbooks Online exports PDF files in odd size (9.33 x 13.20 Portrait, 11.69 X 8.26 Landscape).

When exporting reports to PDF QB Online always exports in the sizes 9.33 x 13.20 for Portrait and 11.69 X 8.26 for landscape.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I have checked all my printer settings in PDF Editor and Device manager. The issue only arises with QB Online.
