Hi Judy101,

 

I can understand your concern at this point, and losing communication with QuickBooks chat is not what we would expect.  I suggest switching to Single User Mode by going to the QuickBooks File menu, then select Switch to Single-user Mode.  If you experience the same outcome, I encourage you to contact QuickBooks Desktop support at 1-833-317-2226, Mon-Fri: 9am-8pm ET.  With your consent, they can connect with you in real-time and ensure you're able to print the forms as soon as possible!
