Editing the .CSV file in preparation for importing to QuickBooks Online can get a little tricky.  For this reason I feel you would benefit by contacting our Customer Care team outside of Community.  With your consent, they can connect with you virtually and navigate through the process with you in real time.  This will ensure your transactions are uploaded successfully without duplicate entries.  

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
