How can a member of the Quickbooks team give incorrect information? You can have your signature automatically loaded in the Quickbooks Desktop Version. Seems silly that QuickBooks Online doesn't have this option, as well. 

If you really want this feature then move to the Dekstop version as it is possible and easy to do. I have no idea why LauraAB would lead someone down the wrong path.
