Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. It's important to know how to create receipts in order for your books to balance correctly. I can provide some information about Charitable donation receipts.

 At this time, there isn't an option to create a Charitable Donation receipt in QuickBooks Online. There also isn't an option to remove the "Bill to" from the sales receipt. I see that being able to create a Charitable donation receipt is important for you and your business, I recommend leaving feedback, you can do so by navigating to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new feature for QuickBooks.
