I reached out to your support team on May 10/22 and I keep getting emails that your engineers are working on the problem but still do not have a solution.  I am unable to work on any of my clients that use ScotiaConnect and have to constantly call the client, interrupting their busy work day, and now I am 20 days behind in updating any banking info.  Can you please give us a definitive answer as to when this issue is going to be resolved
