Hi there,

 

It's vital for all transactions to be entered in your books so your account balances can reflect reality. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your transactions by being able to import them directly from the site of multiple banks. I can provide some information about connection issues.

 

One step to take when there is an error importing transactions from your bank's site would be to enter the sign-in information for your bank once more. This can be accomplished by navigating to the banking tab, then clicking on the Pencil Icon located to the right of the affected account. Select Edit Sign-in info and enter that information in to have the system try another update.

 

I that error persists, or no transactions are still not being imported, I recommend reaching out to our support team. They'll be able to verify your account information in a secure setting to provide more troubleshooting steps. If the error still isn't resolved, the support team will be able to notify our engineers as well as look if this issue is currently being worked on by them so you can be notified by email once the issue is resolved.
