I tried the incognito method as well and also didn't work. I chatted with someone in Support who said I was the 8th person to contact him with the same issue. He said he would link my user ID to the issue, but so far haven't heard anything or seen anything that even says there is an issue and it's being worked on. It's not a bank issue, as I'm involved in 2 companies with different banks and both have the issue. This is day 3 of not being able to download transactions.
