We currently don't have the option to create or print a calendar type document in QuickBooks Online.  You'd need to research third party apps that would sync and have the full benefit of exactly what you're hoping for.  From the left menu, select Apps > then Find Apps and enter a key word > press Browse Category.  You'll select the app tile to see the pricing.  When you're ready to signup, click on Get App Now and Install.  Authorize QuickBooks to share your data with the selected app and configure any preferences needed for it to sync.  When completed, click on Save and Sync.

You may also provide feedback to the QuickBooks Development Team with any suggestions for improvements or new additions to improve your overall customer experience moving forward.  Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and click on Feedback.
