The incorrect YTD amounts for Super Guarantee may be happening due to the following reasons:  
 

  • A setup issue with the Super Guarantee pay category.
  • Missing payroll data or pay runs that weren’t processed.
  • Manual adjustments to SG contributions that didn’t update YTD amounts correctly.
     

To resolve this, I recommend reviewing the incorrect YTD amounts for Super Guarantee on the relevant payslips and making any necessary corrections. Please check the Super Guarantee setup and payroll data to identify and rectify any errors.

Here's how:  
 

  1. Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Assistant tab.
  3. Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Briefly describe your issue and click Continue.
  5. Decide your preferred support option: Have us call you or start a chat.
