The sudden change you're seeing in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is the newly redesigned interface that has been rolling out for users. As of the moment, webinar videos to guide you through the new dashboard and menus are unavailable.
In the meantime, you can send your suggestions with regarding the new interface to our Product Team. This way, they can consider adding them to our future product enhancements. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
- Enter your suggestion.
- Press Next.
On top of that, you can track the progress of your feature request by visiting our Feedback forum page.
