You'll need to manually download the invoice as a PDF first and then email it directly to your customer, Glen.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Invoices menu and find the specific invoice you want to send as a PDF.
2. Click the drop-down icon next to the invoice and select Export as PDF.
3. Wait for the file to finish downloading.
4. Attach the downloaded PDF file to an email and send it directly to your customer.

Please note that invoices sent via QuickBooks may end up in spam or junk folders. It’s a good idea to ask your customers to check those folders in case the email is being miscategorized.
