Hello there, @lindsay13.

Please know that your experience can be due to an application-related issue. Let’s troubleshoot to help you set a due date while creating an invoice.

For Android:

  1. Go to Settings and navigate to Apps or Apps & Notifications.
  2. Find QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  3. Select Storage or Storage & Cache, then tap Clear Data (or Clear Storage).
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.

For iOS:

  1. Open your device Settings and select General.
  2. Go to iPhone Storage and find the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App to free up storage while preserving your documents and data.

If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app for a fresh start. Alternatively, you can create an invoice and set a due date by logging into your QuickBooks company through a mobile browser.
