Welcome to the Community, Flasolutions. You'll have to enable the Customers & sub-customer option in the QuickBooks Online Integration Preferences window in QuickBooks Workforce to transfer or integrate customer data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) into Workforce.

 

For the complete steps, here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Time menu.
  2. Select the Go to classic QuickBooks Time link above or the Launch QuickBooks Time button81.png
  3. In your QuickBooks Time or QuickBooks Workforce account, go to the QuickBooks menu above and select Preferences.
  4. Tick the Customers & sub-customer option.
  5. Right after, select the QuickBooks menu again and choose Import to sync your customers' data from QBO82.png

 

Once you're done, go to the Customers menu in QuickBooks Workforce to make sure your customers' data syncs accordingly.
