Closing and reopening an app or a website is already a good start to troubleshoot when something is not working as expected, GPS4.

 

I'll provide additional steps on how you can resolve this.

 

Start by adding Intuit as a trusted site. This prevents your browser from potentially blocking site content.

 

Then, make sure to use a supported, up-to-date browser. Unsupported versions or non-standard browsers often fail to execute the complex scripting needed for the scheduler.

 

After that, log back in and check if the Schedule window is now loading up.
