Cancelling your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account depends on your subscription purchase method.

 

If you subscribed directly through Intuit:

 

  1. Sign in to your account on a web browser.
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. Go to Subscriptions and Billing or Billing Info.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation.
