If the customer’s name isn’t visible or selectable, try refreshing the app, closing and reopening it, or logging out and back in.

 

Then, make sure your app is updated to the latest version to ensure all functionalities work properly. After that, check for updates in the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).

 

If refreshing the app and updating the software don’t fix the issue, consider logging in via a web browser.
