Hi there, kco02083.

Let's check together your account to get things fixed and help you manage your financial reports.

To start, let's check your bank register to see your reconciled and added transactions in QuickBooks Online.

1. Click on the Transactions tab.

2. Click on the Chart of accounts.

3. Click on Account history.

4. Under the check mark column or reconciled status column we can see if a transaction  has been reconciled or not.

  • R - Reconciled
  • C - Cleared
  • Blank - not cleared or not reconciled.

Furthermore, please run a reconciliation report to view the transactions added in your previous reconciliation.

1. Click on Reports.

2. Type Reconciliation Report.

3. Selection Reconciliation reports.

4. Select the Account for the reconciliation report.

5. Select a reconciled dates.

6. Click on View report.

If you cannot trace where the duplicate transactions are, it is best to undo the reconciliation. I recommend also to have your bank statement handy with you so you can cross match the transactions you have reconciled in QuickBooks.
