Your productivity is important to us, Timtim16. Let's work together in restoring the Categories section in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile Application.

First, I'd like to know which device you're using. Is it iOS or Android? If it's iOS, please note that there's an ongoing investigation about Expense Categories not appearing in the Mobile App (INV-105679).In the meantime , please log in to your QBO account using a supported website browser and access the Categories part from there. Additionally, consider reaching out to our Customer Support Team to be added to the list of affected users. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Help.

  3. Tap the Search tab and select Contact Us.

If you're using an Android gadget, excessive cache data may lead to unusual system responses. To fix this, you can clear the app's cache to refresh it and remove any errors causing the problem you're experiencing. Please refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to Menu and choose Settings.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Hit Yes to confirm.

For now, you can use a web browser to view the Expense Categories.

I'll be monitoring this conversation closely, Timtim16. I want to ensure you get past this. If you have additional troubles, I'm always here to assist.
