Let's check the trouble shooting steps below to help resolve the loading page encountered when accessing Workforce app. Here's how:

 

  1. Access your device and Turn Off Face ID.
  2. Force close the Workforce App.
  3. Log in using your Username and Password instead of Face ID.


If the above steps do not work please uninstall/reinstall your Workforce app once more. If the issue persists, kindly contact our Customer Care Team. That way they can escalate a ticket to our engineers and help raise an investigation.
