Hi alect,

 

Appreciate the information you've provided. Here's how to import the timesheets into payroll:

 

  1. Navigate to the Employees tab.
  2. Select Manage Employees on the right side, then select Import Timesheets.
  3. Select QuickBooks from the Import timesheets from dropdown field.
  4. Select Yes for the Approve timesheets dropdown field, then select Import.

If this is what you've done and the timesheets gets deleted. Please sign in using incognito window (private browser) to see if the same behavior exist. 

If the issue persists, for us to better assist you, I would recommend reaching out directly to our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our support agent can further check the timesheet settings you have. They have the right tools to help check your payroll account.
