I understand the importance of adding inventory products in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and know that this is not the kind of service we want you to experience while using the program.

To ensure that this gets sorted out, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Experts. They have more tools, like screen-sharing to help you troubleshoot the issue further.

Here's how:
 

  1. On your QBO account, click on Help (?).
  2. Select the Search tab, then click on Contact Us.
  3. Enter the concern, then select Continue.
  4. Choose either Chat, Appointment, or Callback.
