I understand your having fundamental issues with your bank connection. Let's do a manual update on your bank account if connected via standard feeds connection. Here's how:
Just a heads up that the information QuickBooks Online receive depends on what your bank shares with us. If after doing the manual update and the transaction is still missing, I'd recommend manually creating the transaction or importing them using a CSV file.
