Hi there, Jess E. I understand how beneficial these features are to your business via the mobile app.

 

There have been no reports of users being unable to use the mileage tracking and snap receipt features in the QuickBooks Mobile app at this time. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to make sure you can use both features.

 

We'll start by refreshing your apps data. This will remove all stored data in the app that prevents you from using the mileage tracking and the snap receipt feature.

 

In the QuickBooks Online app:

 

  1. Go to the Menu
  2. Select Help & Feedback
  3. Click Refresh Data
  4. Then select Refresh.
