Hello tracynz,

 

Thanks for getting back to us. Ideally, exporting the payroll journal is automatic every after the payrun is created and finalised. 

 

When checking the screenshot, it looks like the payroll journal's been exported for this pay run. Is there any error showing on the pay run that did not export the payroll journals to QuickBooks Online? Also, I'd recommend checking your QuickBooks Online Chart of accounts and checking the Payroll Clearing account to see if there are payroll journals showing.


If the Default Accounts in Payroll Settings > Chart of Accounts > Default Accounts are set up correctly and you are seeing no other errors in this section please contact our Customer Care Team so we can investigate further.
