Thanks for joining the thread. Do you have any error message when exporting your payroll journal? Payroll journal will not be exported to QuickBooks Online if there are no accounts assigned on your payroll Chart of Accounts. Here's how to check:

1. Go to Employees tab.
2. On Payroll Settings, select Chart of Accounts.
3. Select Default Accounts.
4. Make sure that there are accounts assigned on each field.

If it is fully set up, you can manually export your payroll journal by following these steps.

1. Go to Employees tab.
2. On Pay Runs tab and select a pay run.
3. Click on Export to QuickBooks icon.
