Hi AussieBusiness, 

 

I understand that you wanted to reconnect your 28 Degrees Credit Card account in QuickBooks Online. We have an ongoing investigation on this matter and we are still working with the bank provider to reach a solution.

 

To have your account added on the investigation and received a real time update, I would recommend contacting our support team

 

In the meantime, you can manually import your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online via CSV.
